Reservation and Payment Policy for Birthday Parties

• All Birthday Parties require advanced reservations and a deposit.

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

• Payment can be made via cash or credit card. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or American Express.

• Deposits are non-refundable. 

• Party packages operate on reservations only. Walk-in parties cannot be accomodated without prior reservations.

Regarding Party Packages​

• The schedule for birthday parties with a wristband block is as follows:

  • First 15 minutes reserved for guest arrival

  • 45 minute reserved seating for meal service with private host​​

  • Wristband block begins immediately following meal service

• Guests enjoy arcade game cards for last 30 minutes of party

• For packages that include a wristband block, your guests will be provided a private party host during the meal service. The wristband block is non-hosted.​

• Arriving at least 15 minutes early for your celebration is a great idea to kick things off smoothly. But keep in mind, if your party goes beyond the planned time, we can't extend the scheduled slot..

Information on Food & Outside Food

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted onto park grounds

• Guests who book birthday party packages may bring in cakes from bakeries.

• Homemade sweets and ice cream cakes are not allowed onto the premises.

• $10 cake cutting fee applies to all outside cakes, which includes plates, napkins, and utensils.

• If any of your attending guests have any food allergies, please inform our kitchen as soon as possible. 

 

Additional Information

• Due to height and age restrictions on the Go-Karts (minimum height of 56 inches to drive), we recommend other attractions for birthday parties with many younger guests.

• Additionally, please note that Go-Karts are non-operational in weather conditions under 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

• Outdoor venues are open April-November (weather dependent). Please call and speak with a planning pro if you are booking a party in early Spring or late Fall to confirm availability.

• Please be aware that Laser Tag participation does not guarantee exclusive sessions. Sessions may include other similarly aged guests. For exclusive sessions, please consult a birthday party coordinator for availability and pricing
